This week we have been writing letters to the Gingerbread man to try and help him find his missing buttons. Luckily Little Red Riding Hood managed to find them underneath the trolls bridge. It has been very exciting and the children have tried really hard to use their phonics skills to write letters.

We have also been learning about Diwali and have made some Rangoli patterns of our own. Next week we are going to be designing patterns to create Mendhi to paint on our hands. Please speak to me if you do not wish your child to take part in this activity.

Next week we are going to be learning about the woods where little Red Riding Hood lives and finding out about granny.

Mrs Sheehan is now going to be taking reception and I am moving into nursery. I hope that this will only be temporary and we will soon be able to open the doors and become a unit again. You can still email me if you have any concerns about anything.

If you have not tried to access Teams can you please do so this weekend.

Have a great weekend .

Mrs Robinson:)
