Hello all, Thank you so much for creating the Reception 2020 class photo. It is absolutely amazing to see everyone's smiley faces. It will be a great memory for all of us to treasure. I hope you like the video of the school staff on our website. Miss Neal also showed her creativity by producing these images of us, representing our favourite stories and tv programmes. What a great effort Miss Neal! I bet the children will like to see these photos. The new home learning activities will be set up as usual on our school website on Monday. There is a big choice of activities to suit children's individual interests. If you have any questions or if there is anything you would like me to include in the home learning, please do not hesitate to let me know. Hope everyone is doing well, enjoying the glorious weather. The sunshine definitely hugely helps the current situation. Have a good and safe weekend! Mrs Sheehan

Well our two week Easter holiday is now over and we would normally be thinking about going back to school next week. I think under normal circumstances we would all have thought what an amazing 2 week we have had with fantastic weather. Unfortunately due to the circumstances it has made us feel differently. Hugs and kisses suddenly become weapons, and not visiting parent'
Hello all, It has been only two weeks since the school closed but is feels sooooooooo much longer!!! Hope you have found your new routines as i guess we will be in this situation for quiet a while. I hope that children enjoy home learning and that you don't find it too time consuming or stressful. I want to stress again that children learn best through play in early years, so as long as they are busy playing, they are learning, If you would like to organise some interesting activities I highly recommend  that you look at the web page abcdoes.com  by Alistair Bryce-Clegg. There are fantastic home learning activities there. Please also have a look at the latest blog on abcdoes.com. There is a wonderful 20 minute video about the importance of play in Early Years Education. The professionals explain the influence of play on holistic development of a child, particularly child's mental health. When going on your daily walk, you might want to take your children on a Bear Hunt. In t
